It is with this influence in mind that we invite you to our IN PERSON EVENT: Sniffapalooza & Malin + Goetz Celebrate World Taste & Smell Day! This exclusive evening of olfactive enlightenment will take place on Thursday, September 14th from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm at the Malin + Goetz Boutique located at 235 Elizabeth St in NYC's Nolita neighborhood.
It is with great pleasure that we are collaborating once again with our good friends at Malin + Goetz, the cult-favorite brand famously known for innovative skincare, extraordinary lifestyle products, and award-winning fragrances. Sniffapalooza has been honored by the World Taste & Smell Association by being asked to create one of 25 special events across the world to celebrate World Taste & Smell Day, and Malin + Goetz is joining in with us for this momentous occasion!
The World Taste & Smell Association is dedicated to fostering appreciation and understanding of the vital senses of taste and smell. Founded during the pandemic when millions lost their sense of taste and smell, they are now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Their mission is to bring together fragrance and culinary professionals and scientists to build a vibrant, interconnected global community that explores the intersection of the art and science of taste and smell and to create events and activities that celebrate our senses, drive innovation, and offer immersive sensory and educational experiences.
Malin+Goetz was founded in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood in 2004 by Matthew Malin + Andrew Goetz, who set out to uncomplicate skincare. With limited shelf space in their small New York City apartment, they started the brand with 6 essential products that would work for all skin types, including their own, that leave skin feeling healthy and balanced from head to toe. Inspired by the diversity, inclusivity and energy of city living, Malin + Goetz products are designed for every skin, tone, and gender. Through the years, the brand has added a curated selection of targeted treatments to address specific concerns.
Our journey will begin as we gather at this amazing Malin + Goetz emporium and are greeted by the Team who will give a brief overview of Malin + Goetz's vision and philosophy.
During our evening the Team will give presentations focusing on Malin + Goetz's legendary collection of Eau de Parfums and Perfume oils inspired by traditional apothecary ingredients and favorite memories from Matthew and Andrew elevated through the modern pairing of opposite but complementary notes. The new Strawberry Eau de Parfum, Perfume oil and candle will be featured.
Light bites and sparkling libations will be served, and all guests will receive a Complimentary Gift Bag of Malin + Goetz samples.
After the presentation, there will be ample time to experience the complete Malin + Goetz fragrance, skincare and haircare collections, and to chat with the Team. As special tokens of appreciation, there will be a 15% discount on all purchases and an exclusive GWP for all sales over $96!
Due to the very private and interactive nature of this incredible event, spaces at our IN PERSON EVENT: Sniffapalooza & Malin + Goetz Celebrate World Taste & Smell Day are very limited and we can only accept 30 guests. The Registration Fee is $15.00, and Sniffapalooza will be donating a portion of the ticket sales to the World Taste & Smell Association.
